February in LINK

Guided Walk

There is no better way to learn more about the history of Denmark than by joining our Guided Walks! On Friday 24th February from 10 - 12, our City Guide Hanne Langkjær Øhlenschlæger will lead us on a visit to the new "Europe Meets the World" exhibition, which has just opened at the Nationalmuseet in the city. This temporary exhibition depicts the interaction – good and bad – between Europe and the rest of the world.

Salsa Dance Experience

As a follow-up activity to our January Monthly Meeting with salsa dance enthusiast Alina Hossu, please join other LINK couples for an energetic evening of Salsa Dance at Søpavillonen, Copenhagen’s largest salsa dance floor with a fantastic view over the Peblinge Lake. We will start with a beginner lesson from 8-9 pm under the instruction of an experienced salsa dancer/instructor from Salsa Libre Dance Company and then practice our newly-learned skills from 9pm until 1am (or however late you can take it!)

Monthly Meeting

Join fellow LINK members and spend a fun and enlightening afternoon with Trish Fox and Roberta Giannini to learn how to “re-invent” your old jewellery. This very talented duo will share their secrets making them become yours. Some basic supplies will be on hand but please bring some old jewellery to take apart and recreate.

Coffee Evening

You are welcome to the February Coffee Morning, which will kindly be hosted by Hélène Murdoch on Tuesday 7th February, from 10-12, at her home in Østerbro.

See the LINK newsletter for details of our events, or contact the Activities Team.
