Join LINK!
LINK is a group for expat women living in Copenhagen, Denmark. We organise a variety of programs covering a wide range of interests. Some events appeal to the entire family, for example picnics and seasonal parties. Others, such as coffee mornings - a regular feature - provide a good opportunity to relax and chat. There are cultural visits to help members learn more about Denmark and we occasionally have evening events for both members and their partners.
In addition to the general events, subgroups meet regularly throughout the year, including, tennis, diner's club, Danish conversation, French/English conversation, Permanent Residents, Mothers & Toddlers, and golf, to name but a few.
We currently have over 300 members, and we are always happy to welcome new members. We like to think we can help in the adjustment to a new country and environment and offer our members and their families an opportunity to learn and enjoy themselves during their time in Denmark.
We also have a crucial email facility, which you can sign up for once you are a member, where we regularly exchange top tips for anything from workmen, shops, services and any other every day thing. We also use it to ask for recommendations; instead of trying to reinvent the wheel; you can be pretty sure someone in LINK will have the answer and will be more than willing to share it.
Subscription to join from 1st October is 300dkk and will give you membership until the 30th September 2012. Membership renewal is 300dkk for the year.
